BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

To book a session, simply reach out to me via email or WhatsApp. Share your brief and ideas, and I'll follow up with any clarifying questions. Once I have a clear understanding of your requirements, I'll provide you with a quote for the project.

Typically, booking about a month in advance works well, though it can vary depending on the season and availability.

To secure your shooting date, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due prior to the release of your images. Please note that I can only confirm your date once the deposit has been received.

I offer customised packages based on the specifics of each project. Once I receive your brief, I'll provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your needs. E.g., smaller projects like minimalist photography of 10 products with 10 fully edited images and original files start from £350.

If you'd like your products returned, please include a return label when sending them to me. Alternatively, you can arrange for a return label later and send it to me for printing.

For the first 25 miles from N11 1PH, travel is complimentary. After that, there is a charge of 65p per mile. If the location exceeds a 3-hour journey, accommodation may be required. Simply provide me with the location details, and I'll provide an accurate quote that includes any travel-related expenses.

If you need to reschedule your shoot, please inform me as soon as possible. For shoot postponements within two weeks of the scheduled date, a £100 fee will be added to your final invoice. Please note that if a studio is booked for your shoot, the studio fee is non-refundable once paid.

If you need to cancel your shoot, please notify me as soon as possible. Whilst the deposit is non-refundable, we can discuss alternative arrangements based on the advance notice provided.

Absolutely! We'll collaborate on the creative ideas and details of the shoot based on your brief. I'll create a moodboard, and I'll seek your final approval on the concepts before we begin shooting.

It depends on your preference. I have a collection of props and backgrounds available, but if there are specific props you'd like me to use for your skincare product images, please let me know. I can either source them (for additional fee) or can provide them.

Yes, I have a small in-house photography studio in London that is perfect for product photography and small crew model shoots (up to 4 persons). However, depending on the project requirements, we may need to hire a larger photo studio.

I typically provide a WeTransfer link that remains active for 7 days. You can easily download all the images directly to your computer or mobile device from the provided link.

Yes, I offer professional retouching services to ensure the final images are of the highest quality. This includes colour correction, skin retouching, and any other necessary enhancements.

Yes, you have the opportunity to select the specific images you'd like to have edited. I provide all the original images for you to make your choices.

If you require more edited images than what is included in your package, I offer the option to add extra edited images for an additional fee of £10 per image.

The turnaround time varies based on the project scale and the number of images. Generally, I aim to deliver raw images within 1.5-2 weeks after the shoot, and edited images within 2 weeks after you've made your selection for editing. If you require faster delivery, please let me know, and we can discuss the deadlines accordingly.
